• about 250 m from the house

• goes to the Gnadenalm, Radstadt train station or to the Großeck-Speiereck ski area, which is included in your ski pass

Cancellation conditions

• After receiving the DEPOSIT, your booking is FIXED and can no longer be cancelled!

• This corresponds to: BMW X5 with roof box, VW Bus without roof box

Garbage disposal

• Separation into paper, plastic & aluminium, glass
  and residual waste required
• Garbage bins at the "Müllraum" between the entrance and ski locker
• Please take out the rubbish before departure

Legal
Covid-19 regulation!

• You can rebook or cancel free of charge if:
  - our Haus Isabella or Obertauern has been officially closed
  - Obertauern, Salzburg Land (not Salzburg Stad) or Austria has
  been declared a risk area by your home country
  - if the borders are closed and you cannot travel
